Return and Exchange Policy

Replacement / Defected Policy

Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if and only if the product defects. The first day of the grace period starts from the day the products arrived in the hand of customers. The definitions of defects are as follows:

  1. The product was torn or broken in a SEALED bottle/vial.
  2. The product was in an odd shape in a SEALED bottle/vial.
  3. The product was expired in a SEALED bottle/vial.


In case of the Product is torn/broken/expired, the customer must take a photo/video of the Product as proof in order to proceed with a replacement. Without a photo/video, there will be no replacement will be made. Returned defective products will be inspected thoroughly. The exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of use.

Return and Exchange Policy

A few notes we would like to highlight to you if you wanted to proceed with the exchange case.

  1. Return shipping cost is borne by customers.
  2. Resend shipping cost is also borne by customers.
  3. Exchange is possible, only when the product's condition is still re-sellable upon inspection on our side. (remain unopened)

Cosplay Lens Outlet reserves the right not to entertain any complaints filed after 7 days of the grace period. Other than product defection complaints will be handled on a per-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, no full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fee of your amount purchased will be imposed.

Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refunds will be processed only after the product returns to us.

If your parcel is returned due to (an incorrect address given by the customer, unclaimed parcels, or recipient not being available during delivery) and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount

Please be informed that for every refund requested, you shall receive the refund within 7-10 business days.
