1) Why did PayPal fails to make payment?
Before making any purchase, make sure your currency set is acceptable with Paypal rules. Paypal only receives MYR, HKD, JPY, PHP, SGD, THB, TWD, and USD only. Another currency is not acceptable. Make sure to set the currency first before making any payment.
2) How long does the pre-order lens takes to arrive?
Usually, it took about 2-3 weeks to arrive or more. Therefore we advise if you have joined any cosplay event make sure to purchase it 1 month early to avoid any delayed shipping of the courier company. And importantly 'NO URGENT BUYERS' and 'NO CANCELLATION' can be done unless you want to change other lenses that are available in our shop for the same price.
3) What brand lens can be mixed order? Why is separate order?
Category A: IFairy, ICK, EOS, Kimchi, I-Codi, and Twilight.
Category B: LuxuryBabe.
Category C: Sweety Plus, Pretty Doll, Pitchy Lens, Lollipop, and pre-order lens.
Because all 3 category comes from 3 different warehouses.
4) What payment can be done in CLO?
FPX Online Banking, Paypal, Bank Transfer, and TnG.
5) I have a problem with my browser, the website cannot reload the full image of the product, how am I supposed to order the product?
Screenshot the lens image or go to our Instagram and search for the lens, screenshot it, and send the image to our Instagram DM or our Whatsapp. The link can be found on the footer website.
6) I have received my order and I found out that my lens is broken/torn. Can I get the replacement?
Send us your unboxing video that shows the lens is already broken inside the bottle. If the lens is torn inside the bottle before you uncapped it, we will replace it for you. But if you send us media that the bottle already opened, the lens will not be replaced.
7) Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately within 1 day after your purchase activity. Worth noting that, no full payment will be refunded, and 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed. If cancellation is made after 48 hours purchased is made, the lens will be shipped to you without any notice. This rule applied to all products in Cosplay Lens Outlet.
8) Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, immediately contact us on Whatsapp after making a purchase.
9) Why has my parcel still not arrived yet?
Dear customer allowed a few days for the courier service to do their task since handling many parcels might take time.
10) What else do I need to know before placing the order in CLO?
Upon you purchasing the order in CLO, it is mean you agree to all terms stated in CLO's terms.
11) I want to low rate the services due to late arrival.
We are sorry again, but all delivery services are out of our area. We just serving the best contact lens for you. About delivery tasks, it is 100% dependent on the courier service itself. Do understand the circumstances.
12) Does every lens purchase will be provided with FREE CASE LENS?
Yup, every lens purchase will get FREE CASE LENS per pair except the LuxuryBabe lens that needs to be purchased by yourself.
13) I received the wrong design from my purchase. The sender sends me the difference from what I want.
Alright, the first thing to do is to make sure the lens is still not open yet whether it is in a bottle or in a blister. We will arrange the shipment for you. We will send you the new lens that includes the parcel and a piece of paper for you to wrap the wrong lens. We just need to ask you for some help by writing onto the paper the tracking number that we will give to you. The courier will come to your house to pick up that parcel.
