Replace & Cancel
- I have received my order and I found out that my lens is broken/torn. Can I get a replacement?
Send us your unboxing video that shows the lens is already broken inside the bottle. If the lens is torn inside the bottle before you uncapped it, we will replace it for you. But if you send us media that the bottle already opened, the lens will not be replaced.
- Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately within 1 day after your purchase activity. Worth noting that, no full payment will be refunded, and a 10% administration fees of your amount will be imposed. If cancellation is made after 48 hours purchased is made, the lens will be shipped to you without any notice. This rule applies to all products in the Cosplay Lens Outlet.
